I have been having some real fun with my trial of CS4. I wish I had the full program and not just a 30 day trial. But I have learnt that I really really love this program.

Straight From Home

Tomorrow is our "home business" show. I am sure this will be our first annual or semi annual. As I am sure we will do it again!!

It's at the elementary school, and is a great oppurtunity to purchase from a wide variety of businesses, enter in some draws..and support a good cause!!

Support a good cause, you ask??? Yes each and every one of us will be making donations to the New School Project!

EZ Clean

I am SO excited...I probably shouldn't be so excited, as this may mean gained weight...oh well..

Yesterday I purchased the T fal Ez Clean Deep Fryer. Jared had received some gift certificates from work, and we decided this was a great way to use them. I have yet to use it. But am excited to make some chicken wings!! mmm mmm..

The greatest feature about this deep fryer, is that it strains the oil into a container below ..and then you can store it until you are ready to use it again. Way more sanitary...

Storm

We have this bed in our bedroom for BELLA at night time. Storm isn't allowed to use it b/c she will chew it, and everything else in our room. She sleeps in the kennel...However if she can sneak in there for a lay down, she sure does!!

Baby it's cold outside

We got spoiled with a couple nice days...and now it's cold again, and snowing, and thunderstorming...frankly I don't think the weather KNOWS what it's doing!!

Not only am I ready for spring...but the kids are too..they want to be playing in puddle's and going to the park and going for walks. Soon enough, soon enough!

Supper Out

Wine-y

We headed to Gainsborough for supper. It was Jared's uncle's 50th. So it was nice to see some of his family and get a little visit in. And the food was really quite good, I am looking forward to going back again. One of his cousin's works there too and we never even realized it!!

Our dogs

Now that things have calmed down in our house (meaning all extra dogs are GONE GONE GONE), I am kinda sorta enjoying having 2 dogs...somewhat. Storm is cute, and is going to be a very beautiful great dog. I just wish the weather would make it's mind up so we could be taking her for more walks!!

Happy Birthday

My stepdad's birthday is on Monday...I do have the card made, but not in the mail yet ...so this is my proof that I do actually have it made...just haven't got to the post office yet..

Not sure how well the pic turned out, but here it is...I have been doing pretty good at scrapbooking all my cards this year...I am hoping to keep it up all year!

Baby Jagger

Some friends of ours just had a baby at the end of February. He is so small and so precious!! I was overjoyed when they came over last week, and I got to snap a couple pics!!

Potty

Paige has been potty trained for a couple of months now, She's so good at it she figures she can train HER babies.. So far no messes, so she must be doing a pretty good job!!! HAHA

Bella

With the nice weather, Bella (and storm) have been enjoying more time outside (thank goodness !!!) Here she is having a peek over the fence!!

Day outside!!

I can't even fudge the date on this post...b/c it most certainly was NOT melting a few days ago..but I couldn't wait, I had to share these pics...so cute.. I downloaded a trial of Adobe CS4, haven't learnt all the tricks to it...but got to convert some pics to b/w and am lovin' the way the look!!

It's a good thing I have fallen in love with "natural" poses...b/c my kids aren't too fond of looking at the camera...sometimes they will, but I don't mind b/c these pics of them not looking turn out great!!

Why Parents Drink

I know, what a Lame post...I'm posting a joke...but I don't share jokes unless they're funny and this is funny...I'm pretty sure I could see my devious children doing this ..hahaha

The boss wondered why one of his most valued employees was absent but had not phoned in
sick. So he dialed the employee's home phone number and was greeted with a child's whisper.

'Hello ?'

'Is your daddy home?'

'Yes, he's out in the garden ,' whispered the small voice.

'May I talk with him?'

The child whispered, ' No'

So the boss asked, 'Well, is your Mommy there?'

'Yes, she's out in the garden too '

'May I talk with her?'

Again the small voice whispered, 'No'

'Yes ,'whispered the child, 'a policeman.'

Wondering what a cop would be doing at his employee's home, the boss asked, 'May I speak with the policeman?'

'No,he's busy , 'whispered the child.

'Busy doing what?'

'Talking to Daddy and Mommy and the police dog men.'

Growing more worried as he heard a loud noise in the background, the boss asked, 'What is that noise?'

'It's a helicopter ' answered the whispering voice.

'What is going on there?' demanded the boss, now truly apprehensive.

'The search team just landed a helicopter '

'A search team?' said the boss. 'What are they searching for?'

Still whispering, the young voice
replied with a muffled giggle...

Dress Up

Paige got this cute Red Jacket from her Auntie Mallory for Christmas. She has recently had an INFATUATION with it. She ALWAYS wants to wear it. Yesterday she was wearing it, along with a silver bead necklace...total cutie..I had to snap a few pics of her..If only she enjoyed getting her pic taken more!!

Gymnastics

I enrolled Dominic is Gymnastics. Oxbow is having a 3 wk "promotion" I guess you would call it. It would be so nice if we had a program here for gymnastics through the year!!

Paige isn't QUITE 3 , so she had to miss out..next year, even if I have to drive her to Carnduff.

This photo was taken at the same time as the church pic..The sun was reflecting off the snow so remarkably..well actually it was blinding me whilst I drove..but that's besides the fact.

It was beautiful, and the pic would've been beautiful if it weren't overexposed..let me remind you, I was parked on the side of the highway, I could've got hit by a car and DIED...You need to rush in these situations!!
